Word Of The Day - Until Now

One of the toughest English question I just encountered..

Question 1 - He has no car until now. Does he has car now? Yes or No?
Question 2 - He hasn't call me until now. Has he called? Yes or No?

Update:
Many thanks to those who response to my text and request. Majority of the people actually go with 1) Yes he has car now. 2) he has called.

Feedback / Conclusion
He has no car until now. -- He has car now.
Until now, he has no car. -- He still has no car.

.... Dang it.
