UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon condemned "preposterous" comments by a U.N.-appointed expert on Palestinian rights that there was a cover-up over the Sept. 11 attacks, Ban's chief of staff said on Monday.
