Discovered this video from my friend. Initially thought it was a joke for talent show in China but it turns out to be an inspirational story and great performance. Would like to share it here and hope you enjoy it. The video is spoken in Chinese.
A quick translation. The talent show participant is a 49 year old man who used to be a boss of over 1000 staff running an entertainment business. He lost all of that and his hair turned white. He told the judges that he is now working as a Bun stall boss and he kept his ...hair white so that everyday he looks into the mirror, he'll remind himself to pick himself up from his failure. When he started to sing the song, the lyrics mirrored his experiences about dealing with set backs and failures and starting all over. The judges and audience is obviously moved by the heartfelt singing, he is later joined by his wife. The lady judge ask her what does she think of her husband's predicament, she says that she supports him through thick and thin and in life, there's ups and downs and that she believes that he will rise to success again.

Want to add to the translation. When one of the judge asks him if he is going to sing as a big corporation's boss or as a small bun stall's boss, he replies that he is singing as a person who has experienced a temporal splendid success and now heading with a solid practical life.
